The third party's phone needs to be switched on for the tracker to work. However, as soon as their phone is on, they will receive the message to locate their location.

You will be charged $36.95 monthly for unlimited device locations. The subscription will renew automatically but it is a non-binding agreement and you can cancel anytime.
